Position Overview:

As Vice President of Enterprise Software Sales, you will be responsible for building out the sales department, spearheading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and eventually leading a high-performing sales team to expand Eazifunds enterprise client base. You must have deep expertise in selling complex software solutions to banks and financial institutions and will be a key player in shaping the future of the Eazifunds Enterprise Software offering. You must have a strong and current rolodex of community and regional banks and credit unions with demonstrated success in closing software sales with those institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
    • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, including mentoring, training, and performance management.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Identify, target, and close deals with clients, focusing on banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
    • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  3. Market Expansion:
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and client needs.
    • Represent Eazifunds at industry conferences and events to expand brand presence and establish strategic partnerships.
  4. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead contract negotiations to ensure optimal terms for both Eazifunds and its clients.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast sales performance.
  5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Engagement:
    • Work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to align client feedback with product development.
    • Partner with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  6. Sales Operations:
    • Implement efficient sales processes and leverage CRM tools to track and manage all sales activities.
    • Analyze sales metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve overall sales performance.
  7. Industry Expertise:
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in the banking, lending, fintech and enterprise software sectors to position Eazifunds as a thought leader.
  8. Leadership in Hiring and Scaling Operations:
    • Support efforts to scale the sales department as the company grows and expands into new markets and geographies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high value software sales, with a proven track record of closing SaaS deals with banks, credit unions and other lenders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-impact sales teams and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong network within banking, credit unions, and related financial services industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven and SaaS-based solutions like Hubspot.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
